- How do you ship?
All Packages shipped from the Mom 'n Pops warehouse are shipped using UPS. We take extreme care in making sure your products do not break by using bubble wrap and/or peanuts to secure your products.
- How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Mom 'n Pops is a New York based company. Please refer to the UPS chart below for your time in transit. Since all chocolate is shipped fresh please allow a 3-4 business days for order processing. If you are ordering for a time specific date please be sure to select the next day delivery option.

- How do you ship in warm weather months?
During warm weather months (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Mom 'n Pops will only ship using the Next day option. Our ship days during these months are Monday - Thursday. We will not ship on Friday's so the packages will not stand in a warehouse over the weekend causing your product to melt. Mom 'n Pops also uses ice packs during these months to help ensure that the chocolate stays cool.
- What is your return policy?
Mom 'n Pops does not accept returns or exchanges on food products. All sales of our chocolate products are final. If your product arrived damaged you have 5 days to call and report this damage and we will fix the problem.
If you are looking to return a non food product you MUST call and get an authorization number. It is then the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping on returns. No credit will be issued for the shipping charges incurred. Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be credited less the original shipping charges
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only orders in New York will be charged sales tax.
- Will I receive an order confirmation when I place my order? Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?
Yes you will receive an order confirmation when the order is placed and then a UPS tracking number when your order ships.
- Do you ship to PO boxes or APO addresses? Will you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. At this point in time we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii either.
- Where is the chocolate manufactured?
The chocolate used by Mom 'n Pops is produced in the United States. Mom 'n Pops Inc. does not produce the chocolate. We are a molding company creating chocolate in different shapes and themes.
- I am looking for an item that I don't see on the website, can you make it?
